PAYMENT POLICY
INSANE CLO provides the following payment methods for customers:
1. Cash On Delivery (COD) - Vietnam Only
- Customers can pay directly to the delivery staff upon receiving the order
- Please check your items before making payment
2. Bank Transfer (QR Payment) - Vietnam Only
- Customers can complete payment via bank transfer using the QR code provided by our store
- Payment details will be shared after order confirmation
- Orders will be processed once payment is successfully received
3. International Orders (Payment via OnePay Link)
For international orders, payments are processed via a secure payment link provided by OnePay
- After placing an order, customers will receive an email with a payment link
- The total amount (including shipping fee) will be calculated and confirmed before sending the payment link
- Customers can complete payment using international cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)
- Orders will be processed only after successful payment
4. Payment Security
- All online transactions are securely processed via the OnePay payment gateway
- INSANE CLO does not store customers' card or banking information
