RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At INSANE CLO, we are committed to providing the best shopping experience. We support returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
1. Return & Exchange Period
- The request must be made within 7 days of the date of delivery
- After this period, we may not be able to process your request
Note: Items purchased during promotions or sales may not be eligible for return or exchange, unless they are defective.
2. Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for return or exchange, items must:
- Be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Include all original tags and packaging
- Not be damaged due to customer misuse
3. Eligible Cases
We accept returns/exchanges in the following cases:
- Defective or damaged items due to manufacturing issues
- Incorrect items received (wrong product, size, or color)
- Items damaged during shipping
4. Shipping Fees
- If INSANE CLO causes the issue, we will cover 100% of the return shipping cost
- For personal requests (e.g., size or color change), customers are responsible for shipping fees.
5. Exchange Value
- The exchanged item must be of equal or higher value than the original item
- If the new item has a higher price, the customer will pay the difference
6. Return & Exchange Methods
Option 1: In-store Exchange
- Customers can bring the item directly to our store (please contact us in advance)
Option 2: Shipping Return
- Step 1: Contact us via email or hotline to request a return/exchange
- Step 2: Provide order details and product images
- Step 3: Pack the item securely and send it to the provided address
7. International Orders
- Due to high shipping costs, international orders are not eligible for return or exchange. except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
